Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is:

Shipping Charges

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number along with clear photographs of the package and product.

  • We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for information regarding eligible returns.
